Rosie joins Pearce IP with more than 30 years’ experience at the highest levels of private practice at one of Australia’s leading IP firms and in-house. This, combined with her background in chemistry and business, makes Rosie a perfect fit for Pearce IP’s life sciences clients.
Rosie provides IP services to clients in the pharma/biopharma/biotech/food tech/ag-tech and med-tech sectors, and is well known for her practical, tailored IP solutions to complex challenges. Rosie manages complex local and global patent matters. Her experience extends to drafting, prosecution, opposition, portolio management, due diligence analyses, and commercialisation. Rosie has considerable experience in providing patent infringement opinions, freedom to operate analyses, and litigation support.
Rosie is well known and recognised in the ANZ IP community, and has received multiple accolades for her leadership and legal prowess. We are delighted that she has joined Pearce IP.
