Gemma is Pearce IP’s Administrative Assistant, working in the CEO’s office providing support to the Executive Officer.
Gemma’s background is in education, working as a Secondary Support Coordinator and responsible for the support and organisation of classroom activities for students with additional needs, participating in parent conferences and ensuring all administrative aspects of the role were actioned. She has also worked as a Dance and Drama Teacher, teaching both drama and dance classes to children. In all her roles to date, Gemma has had administrative responsibilities leaving her well-equipped to provide Pearce IP with high level administrative and organisational support. Gemma is highly meticulous, extremely adaptable, and enjoys working in a busy work environment.
Gemma is currently studying a Bachelor of Ancient History at Macquarie University.
