Carmen is our Accounts Administrator, supporting the Pearce IP Team with the financial aspects of the business.

Carmen has more than 30 years’ as a chartered accountant including in business management roles.

In her early professional life Carmen worked as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, primarily supporting banking and financial investment clients in the EY audit division. This was followed with sixteen years at JPMorgan in accounting, business analysis and project management roles in the superannuation custodial business, with some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds and fund managers as her clients.

Most recently, Carmen was the Business Manager at an independent secondary college leading all non-academic aspects of the college.

Carmen is passionate about providing excellent financial services support to Pearce IP and its clients.
