Olivia is Pearce IP’s Executive Assistant supporting the Patent team.

Olivia has a strong background in executive assistance and project coordination, bringing over 10 years of experience in supporting senior executives and managing multifaceted projects.

Before joining Pearce IP, Olivia worked at BlueScope Distribution coordinating the execution of processed steel orders for major defence and infrastructure customers, providing tracking and support for multiple projects simultaneously. Prior to that, Olivia worked for Shelston IP (now Spruson & Ferguson) where she supported both Principals and Senior Associates in the Patent and Design team.

Olivia is excited to be back working in Intellectual Property, contributing to the overall success of the team and Pearce IP clients.
