We also support the development of new plant variety names, and help you navigate the interplay between variety names and brand protections. We offer Notary Public services in both our Wellington and Sydney offices.
Notaries Public
Our notaries based in Wellington and (from early 2026) Sydney provide notary services to businesses, firms and individuals. We are available to formally notarise documents for use (mostly) outside of the country. Except in very limited circumstances, a solicitor or Justice of the Peace (who is not otherwise a Notary) is not authorised to witness or certify documents intended for use in foreign countries. We assist local and overseas clients by notarising documents and arranging authentication and legalisation of notarised documents for use in other countries.
